This week, for whatever reason, I’ve been making myself crazy acting as if everything on my plate is priority number 1 – like I have to get it all done today, or else…Or else what?  That’s the question.If I, or anyone, was able to get everything I have on my plate right now done in one day, they would be super human. The truth is, no one is going to perish if these things don’t all get done today.Are they important? Well, sure, but certainly not life-threatening, and not so important that it should cloud my ability to be human, compassionate and simply kind to others, especially those who I know are rooting for my success. My point is, I need to take a breath.You may feel similarly, and if so, you too should take a breath.Realize, that feeling is just fear of failing, of not getting everything done, of not being good enough, but that’s just negative self-talk, and it’s false.
