Now is always the right time

Some say now is the best time to start a new business or side hustle, and others disagree saying things are too unstable.While I agree it’s great to have a plan, you have to expect that the initial path forward to execute those plans is likely going to change as soon as you embark on pursuing them regardless of what else is going on.That doesn’t mean you can’t still reach the end goal you originally had in mind. It just means how you get there may change, and likely will change. You have to be flexible in how you execute your plans.Proverbial curve balls are going to be thrown at you daily. A testament to your perseverance will be your ability to adapt and continue forward towards your goal.So, we’re in a pandemic, is it a good time to start a business or a new side hustle?  Yes. Yes, it is.When there is no pandemic is it a good time to pursue your dreams? Yes. Yes, it is.The pointThere is never really an ideal time to start pursuing something new that is an unknown, that is an un-proven plan or pursuit.The best thing you can do is get comfortable with your mindset about pursuing it, understand that you’re going to have to think on your feet to course-correct along the way, and start taking action…really any action, big or small – just start the ball rolling and momentum will follow.
