How are you preparing for the next normal

Transition is our current state of the world as we continue to be in flux.We are busy figuring out, not a new normal but rather, the next normal. That is to say that we are all being forced to adapt to a new way of living and operating. However, that doesn’t have to be completely negative. In fact, we owe it to ourselves and future generations to do what we can to make the best of our situation and find the opportunities that exist within it.My family and I were displaced from our house for several weeks recently. The experience, on top of the current pandemic, made us simply grateful to finally return home. One of the positive lessons this coronavirus has forced upon me is to roll with the punches more easily, especially when you don’t have a ton of control. As a result of being in the moment with a growth mindset, I can more easily find the opportunities that exist within daily challenges. This has led to a deepening of gratitude and further immersion into experiences -- with my family, work, and interests. All of this is a form of wood-shedding. It’s skill building in preparation for the next normal. In many ways we are being shown a better way to live if we heed the signs and take advantage of the opportunity to make positive change. While there is a lot that is unknown about tomorrow, I plan to take full advantage of today. How about you? (hit reply let me know)
--------------------UPDATES:
I'm excited and grateful that Eleven Music Career Center has continued to grow and help musician entrepreneurs pave a new path toward their financial success. With my visual art background, I've recently agreed to illustrate a children's book. More to come on this exciting project. While most of my live, in-person music performances have been cancelled, I do have one booked at The Cider Farm, which will be an outdoor (weather permitting) show with socially distanced seating. The show is scheduled for Saturday July 25, 2020 starting at 6pm.
