To all the mothers out there, enjoy your Mother’s Day weekend!

The weather where I live is finally beginning to feel like Spring. Likely, we’ll have Spring weather for a week and then it will be full blown summer. Alright, whatever, just bring on some consistent sunshine.

Perhaps you’re like this too, but for me, if it’s consistently gray, damp, wet, snowy, and/or overcast weather, it’s hard to stay focused and productive on my goals.  

What do you do to keep your attitude and spirits strong to stay productive? Hit reply and let me know.

Such weather seems to demotivate me. However, I have been doing some core-focused body weight exercises in the morning before I start my day. It’s helped my energy level and mood over the last month, which has helped me stay more productive towards my goals.

In fact, as a result of my personal productivity my new Root Cause Records EP album, “Midwest Heartache,” is available for digital purchase today exclusively on Bandcamp.

The digital (and downloadable) version of the album and its accompanying PDF illustrated story will be available for sale only through Bandcamp until the official May 11, 2022 release date when the album hits all major streaming platforms.
