Stay Unattached to Find Success

I feel like every day is day one. I feel like every day I'm starting over from ground zero.

Do ever feel that way?

I guess in a way everyday we are starting over.  You'll only be as successful in your day as you deem you are and everyday is a new day.

This thinking comes in handy when yesterday has not been a particularly good day. Today is a chance at a fresh start.

However, it can feel like a grind when yesterday was a really good day and today is a new day and you have to start from the beginning again.

I find, while it's necessary to have a plan and a vision of where you want to take your life and endeavors, you also have to be unattached to outcomes.  What I mean by this is, it's impossible to control all aspects of your life and business.

That's why you formulate a plan -- so you can understand the direction you're moving in and what needs to get done.

But then, you need to give it your all -- the best you can bring each day (some days will be better than others).

Once you've done the best you can with all the known information you have to make decisions and execute, you have to cut yourself some slack regarding the outcome of those decisions and your ability to execute.

You have to be unattached to the outcome.  I mean, don't have grand expectations that set you up for disappointment and bad self-talk about your inability to do better.

If you're positive with yourself, examine what things went well, learn from what didn't seem to work as well, improve and move forward with the next iteration, you'll gain small victories over time, which will add up to a lot of progress and ultimately big wins.

I'm doing this myself in my own endeavors.  I'm learning from things I've done in the past, building a plan to execute and move forward on and I'll see how it goes.

That said, I'll be sharing more of my upcoming plans and offerings soon.  It will involve a lot of useful marketing tips and tools for anyone who offers a service that you're trying to earn some money from -- whether full or part-time.

Thank you,
