Feel and express emotions

These last couple of weeks have been intense.Emotions are high, anxiety is high, economic tensions are high, and the future of things (while always a bit unknown) seems to be more unknown than usual. It’s certainly okay to feel whatever you’re feeling at the moment. You have to feel it, just try to be safe and constructive regarding how you process those emotions. These are the inflection points where real change can occur. My opinion is that it’s an inflection point where we have the opportunity to double-down on love with some candor and positive innovation.I’m always in support of being kind and being human(e).On a lighter note, some of the shelter in place restrictions related to COVID-19 have been easing up. This makes me hopeful, though, still cautious about this virus thing. What are you doing lately to feel positive and grounded during these times when it’s not always easy to do so?  Hit reply and let me know. For me, I tend to want to create when my emotions and anxiety run high – creating/expressing myself via my art forms is how I tend to process my own emotions. From a music side of things, I’ve been starting to mess around with YouTube and creating short guitar lessons for songwriters who want to learn some basics of guitar to add melody to the lyrics they write. You can check out the first few lessons here.I’m hopeful that the warmer weather is at least allowing you to get outside a bit and feel some level of liberation after what seems like a hibernation during the coronavirus quarantine.I’m wishing you a great week this week. Be strong, be kind, be positive, make a difference.Sincerely,Nick VenturellaCreative ProfessionalNickVenturella.comFacebookYouTubePatreon
