June is here. The summer scramble begins...at least in our house during the month of June.My wife and I have two boys with June birthdays, our wedding anniversary falls in June, I tend to have several music shows in June (today even at the Hilldale Farmers Market in Madison), and I'm involved in the Between The Waves music conference and the Madison Area Music Awards, which are both happening this weekend.Does your summer feel like it gets a bit overwhelmingly busy? Hit reply and let me know about it.Here's the thing, when you're rushing toward your goals, whether to just get through the day or to achieve a Herculean feat, to reach that end result requires putting one foot in front of the other to make steps forward, even if that forward motion is a sprint.The point is, when you start to feel overwhelmed by the pace of things, mentally slow down and remember to simply take the next step.Have a great day!
