NickVenturella.com 5-7-21 - not too busy for mom

not too busy for mom

Busy, busy, busy. Feeling overwhelmed with “to-dos.”  Busy, busy, busy.  Repeat.

These last few weeks have been jam packed with things to get done. Plus, I got my second COVID vaccine, which zonked me out for 24 hours.

Any who, I’m back in the saddle, pushing through the end of this week, and more ready than ever for summer.

How about you?  What’s your pulse on things in your life at the moment?  Hit reply and let me know.

Recently, I just finished reading the book, Profit First, by Mike Michalowicz. It’s a book for any business owner or entrepreneur about setting up your organization’s financial success quickly and easily right from the get-go. I definitely recommend it.

I mention the book because some it talks about consistently paying yourself a percentage of every bit of revenue that comes into the business. This is a useful habit for everyone, and perhaps more so over the last year+ with financially leaner times.Because today is Friday, and that may mean it’s payday, don’t forget to siphon off, at least a small percentage, for your own savings. If you do this regularly, you’ll be surprised at how quickly it can add up.

That it this week. Maybe you can take a small percentage of that income and buy mom a nice gift for Mother’s Day this weekend!
