NickVenturella.com 5-21-21 - balance your capacity

balance your capacity

Life is speeding along, so it seems for me. I feel very busy with lots of projects.

Is that your general feeling too? Hit reply and let me know.

It feels like there is an overarching err of momentum everywhere (with that, also a bit of overwhelm, too). Maybe it’s a sentiment of hope being manifested across people, businesses, society...hope that the world is inching closer to opening up more fully as we emerge from this long, pandemic winter.

Regardless, I feel a renewed sense of opportunity and optimism. In part, I think the fact that the weather where I live is getting warmer is helping drive that feeling. However, the world and the economy are opening up in positive ways since the start of the pandemic (which is a helpful beacon because there is still so much strife happening across the globe as we speak).

All that said, people are proving their resilience and finding new and creative ways to do things, to build things, to do business, and communicate/connect with one another. These things are opening up new ideas and projects and beginning to keep me and others like you, very busy.

The flip side of that coin is the stress of potentially getting too busy and risking an imbalance in personal capacity, so I write this to encourage you to drive hard and hustle towards the opportunities that are finding you now, but take inventory of yourself to ensure you’re keeping balanced in your body, mind, and spirit so you can optimize your present and future.
