Life is moving pretty fast. It’s now April and the Easter Bunny will be here before you know it.

It’s a time of year to reflect on sacrifice for greater good, and I’m sure we can all relate to sacrifices in the last year. But, how are those sacrifices contributing to a better tomorrow? ..for yourself, your loved ones, friends, colleagues, etc?

The tag line of this newsletter is “invest in yourself and others,” and while many of us here do spend a great deal of time investing in, and improving ourselves to be better, more successful people tomorrow, how many of us (myself included) are truly raising others up?

It doesn’t have to be hard to do, or take a lot of time, but acknowledge others in your life with a compliment, with validation of their constant hard work even when no one is watching, saying “please” and “thank you,” and being a humane human.These are extremely small ways that illustrate the confidence investing in yourself has provided you while also investing in others by showing your gratitude towards them.

Continue to be kind and lift each other up. Iron sharpens iron. Let’s help each other be better.
