Leap into one more day

We all have the same 24 hours in a day, but this year we all get one more day. Leap day, Feb. 29. (Yes, if you didn't already know, it's a leap year.)What will you do with your extra day this year?  Hit reply and let me know if you have any fun plans.As for me, I have plenty on my project plate that could use an extra day or more.With the Eleven team, we're headlong into 2020 plans to help musician entrepreneurs (and the businesses in and around our local music ecosystem) build strategies to improve their financial success.I'll soon be performing music regularly - about once a month - at HotelRed in Madison (see events below).I'm finally getting all my past music albums ready for digital distribution to all major streaming platforms - I have a big back catalog so it's been taking a long time.I'm helping plan and present customer marketing strategies for B2B tech companies at an upcoming industry conference related to my professional marketing role.And those are just a few of the professional pursuits, we have other family outings and projects in the works as well at my house.The point is, it can feel overwhelming when you write out all that's on your do-list. A great strategy to tackle it all piece by piece is this:  Tonight before bed, identify the most important action you can take tomorrow. Then do at least that thing tomorrow, and repeat this process at the end of the day tomorrow.The idea being that you're setting yourself up for small victories achieved one at a time over a period of time. That equals big wins in a week, month, year, etc.So with that, breathe, take action today, and set yourself up to take action tomorrow, and you will see positive gains.
