Happy Valentine's Day!Today marks the halfway point (roughly) between the start of this year and the end of the first quarter of this year. I don't bring it up to freak you out -- you know, that the year is already flying by -- but rather to encourage you to check in on yourself with your progress on goals you've set for this year.Right now, is the time to figure out if you're on track to likely meet your goals this year -- time to either course-correct, or simply get laser focused.Sometimes sharing your current progress, even for personal goals, with someone you trust can be a way for you to hold yourself accountable. The idea is that someone else now knows what you're trying to achieve this year, it's out in the universe, so it becomes real and you want to really make it happen. Need help with this? Hit reply and share with me what's you're working towards. I always have interest in knowing/helping.I encourage you to get real with yourself -- perhaps give yourself a dose of tough self-love (not exactly the Valentine's message you thought you'd get today). Figure out why you're allowing yourself to miss the mark on achieving your goals and figure out another way. A way that will work for you. Or, if things are going well, figure out how you double-down on what's working well to ensure you reach your goal this year, perhaps even faster than you thought.You can do it. You've got this!
