No one cares like you do

If you have kids you know this:  no will ever care about your child like you do, or as much as you do.This idea is hard for many parents, myself included. This is because you want your kids to be safe and protected at all times even when you can’t be with them. When they’re at school or day care you want to know that the teachers and caregivers are paying as close attention to them as you would.However, as a parent, you can’t be with your child at all times, especially as they get older. This is why we have to teach our children how to live and interact outside of our families, in the larger society, because we just won’t always be there to help.And while those teachers and caregivers do care for your child they will never care for them in the way you do. It’s just not possible.Whether it’s your child, something you’re passionate about, your work/craft or business, no one will care about what’s important to you as much as you do.But, you can help others to understand why someone or something is important to you in an effort to help them understand the gravity of your feelings.While others who are involved in your life – teachers, employees, contractors, partners – may not care about your creation or passion as much as you, you can help them have better understanding about why it’s important to you to help elicit better care.If you present your reasons why something or someone is important to you in a positive, professional manner you may be surprised by the additional attention someone entrusted to care for your love, while you’re not there, will provide.Sharing the purpose behind your passion helps others align with you and your intentions for your passion.
