How is your progress on your 2022 goals, whether they were personal or professional?

Now that it’s October we’re in the 4th quarter of the year. That means there is not much year left to impact your goals. It’s a good time to take stock of where you’re at towards reaching your 2022 goals.

While there is not a lot of time left in the year, there is enough time left to still positively impact your goals…if you assess where things are at and determine what actions you can take to still impact your goals this year.

My encouragement is to assess your goals and make a plan to push hard through Dec. 31st toward achieving what you set out to achieve this year.

The point is:  don’t give up. Work hard through the finish line.

If you’re on track, then great. Keep going.

However, even if you feel meeting your goal is now out of reach with the amount of year left, modify the goal so you can still positively impact it with the amount of time you do have left this year.
